The Council sponsored and ran a Pig Roast which was very successful, and we were proud to honor Sister Dorothy (a staunch supporter of our Knights) for her 30 years of religious service. We surprised Sister with a cake! The Knights also cooked for the Parish Picnic recently and a great time was had by all!
